I started Airborn after returning from a failed trek in Himachal Pradesh — failed not because of fitness, but because my jacket gave up. It was a "premium" international brand, cost me ₹8,000, and it soaked through in 40 minutes of rain.
That's when I started asking: why is there no outdoor gear brand that actually understands Indian bodies, Indian trails, and Indian weather? Not adapted from Western templates — built from scratch, for us.
It took 18 months of fabric sourcing, factory visits, and prototype testing across 6 Indian states before the first Trail Jacket shipped. Every decision was made with one question: would this hold up on a real Indian trail?
Three words that define who we are and who we build for — the Indian adventurer who refuses to stay still.
Every product must perform in the worst conditions Indian terrain can throw at it. No compromises on function for aesthetics.
Looking good on the trail isn't vanity — it's confidence. Our gear is designed to wear from basecamp to café without changing.
Designed here. Tested here. Priced fairly for Indian buyers. We're not a Western brand's cheaper cousin — we're the original.
We're on a mission to make world-class outdoor apparel accessible to every Indian adventurer — without the import markup, without the size mismatch, without the compromise.
