Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping to metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.) usually takes 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link via WhatsApp and email.
Yes! We ship across India, including remote PIN codes. However, deliveries to high-altitude areas or deep rural regions may take an additional 3-5 days. If you need gear before an upcoming trek, please order at least 10 days in advance.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below that amount, a flat rate of ₹80 applies. Express shipping is available for ₹150.
You can change your address within 12 hours of placing the order by reaching out to our support team on WhatsApp. Once the order has been dispatched from our Pune warehouse, we cannot modify the address.
Product & Sizing
Our gear is designed specifically for Indian body types. Check out our Size Guide for exact measurements. If you're buying a jacket for cold weather treks and plan to layer heavily underneath, we suggest going one size up.
Our Airborn Windcheater Jackets are highly water-resistant and feature a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating. They will easily handle light to moderate rain and snow. However, for torrential monsoon downpours, you would need a dedicated hard-shell raincoat over it.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach, as this ruins the DWR coating. Tumble dry on low or line dry in the shade. To reactivate the water-repellent finish after washing, iron on a low setting.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Reach out to our support team to initiate a return pickup.
We provide one free size exchange per order. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a reverse pickup. The new size will be dispatched once the original item reaches our warehouse.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes our quality check. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. For COD orders, you will be asked to provide a UPI ID or bank account link.
Payments
Yes, COD is available across most PIN codes in India for orders up to ₹5,000. A standard COD convenience fee of ₹50 may apply depending on the promotion.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and partner with leading payment gateways like Razorpay to ensure your payment information is 100% secure. We do not store your credit card details.
